Entzückendes, romantisches und traditionelles Appartement in genialer Lage in Birgu / Vittoriosa Positive: Meine Tochter hat für ein Praktikum ein ganzes Monat in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Sie hat sich sehr wohl und auch sehr sicher gefühlt! Die Lage ist einfach genial. Sehr zentral und direkt am Hauptplatz von Vittoriosa gelegen. Der Eingang ist in der Gasse zwischen den Tischen eines (sehr guten) Restaurants. Birgu (auch Vittoriosa genannt) ist eine der wichtigsten Städte auf Malta und gehört zu den Three Cities (Birgu, Cospicua und Senglea), die gegenüber von Valletta liegen. Das Mini-Appartement hatte auf zwei Stockwerken verteilt alles, was man braucht. Eine kleine Küche mit Induktionsplatte und Airfryer. Großes, bequemes Doppelbett mit Bettwäsche von guter Qualität. Die traditionelle maltesische Bauweise aus Steinquardern bietet ein gutes Raumklima. Die Wohnung ist wenige Gehminuten von der günstigen und schnellen Fähre nach Valetta und von einer Bushaltestelle entfernt. Der Stadtstrand Rinella Bay ist in 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Im nahegelegenen Yachthafen gibt es großartige Restaurants und Clubs. Mit dem Bus ist man in einer halben Stunde in Valetta und in ca. 50 Minuten in Sliema. Was ich unbedingt hervorheben möchte sind die netten und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber, die jedes Problem (Stromausfall, vergessener Schlüssel, usw.) in kürzester Zeit lösen können - DANKE! Negative: Meine Tochter hat mir gesagt, die Dusche bedarf einer Renovierung ;-). und die eine oder andere Kakerlake verirrt sich von der Küche des Restaurants gegenüber schon mal ins Erdgeschoß - aber das ist in Malta üblich ;-)))))

Never again Positive: Extremely small in comparison to the pictures. Negative: The shower down below is a complete joke, look at the rest of the reviews. They are spot on! Terrible bathroom, don’t stay longer than a night if you can help it

Great period property for people that want the hustle and hustle. Positive: It's a beautiful rustic property, it's in a great location, it's very good value, has all the basics you need. Olivia was easily contactable, and had excellent communication. But it was not for me, but that's no fault of the hosts. See below 👇The bed was also good quality Negative: I had come to get away for peace, quiet and sunshine. It was too dark inside for me, and the restaurant was noisy as it was the Christmas holidays, not my favourite time of year so not good hearing Christmas songs on a loop! You also have to walk through diners to access the front door as the tables are on the pavement! It was just too much for me. This is no reflection upon the host. I just chose wrong for my needs.

Positive: The location was amazing and the bedroom was stunning. Negative: We booked this accommodation for 1 night for a specific reason so it was such a disappointment that the event we booked it for was cancelled.
